Whether you need an upscale venue for a conference or a rustic
park for a picnic, Catering Connection will find the perfect
place for your corporate event for groups from 10 -1,000.
We know all the available locations, estates and parks in
Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Ojai and Ventura County.
Menus
You can choose from our Sample Menus or request a copy of
our Corporate Menu Book. You can mix and match to suit the
occasion: the possibilities are endless. We use only the finest
ingredients; we also provide beautiful custom-made celebration
cakes. Let us assist you in creating the perfect menu for

Beverage
Service
We provide a fully licensed bar service. If you prefer to
supply your own beverages, we arrange for a bartender. The
cost includes bar equipment (back

Rentals
As part of our service, we coordinate the rental of linens
and tables at direct cost from the rental company. We customize
the order to suit your location and budget. Catering Connection
provides serving platters and buffet equipment at no extra

Service
At your event, our professional and courteous servers and
bartenders take care of all the details so that your event
is memorable. Our coordinator is on-site to make sure that
everything goes smoothly. We set up the location and table
settings according to the layout and details already agreed

Guest
Count
An estimated guest count is determined when we write the food
contract, and is adjusted according to the final guest count.
To ensure perfect planning, we need the final guest count
5 days before the event. (back

Deposits
and Contracts
We require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to secure the
date for your event. You receive a written contract based
on the menu you choose, estimated rentals and other services.
The contract price is adjusted when we receive the final guest

Full
Event Coordination
We not only provide you with delicious menu possibilities
and exceptional service, but we also organize entertainment,
flowers, audio equipment, picnic games, and theme
props. Please ask us if there is anything else
you need to make your company event successful and unforgettable.
